My Supervision Experience
I’ve supervised dozens of clinicians in agency and private practice settings, across licensure levels and lived experiences. Here’s a bit more about my background:
Directed a master’s level MSW internship program for 4+ years
Led teams of social workers and therapists in a large nonprofit for over a decade
Personally individually supervised over 40 MSW students as a Field Instructor and Clinical supervision to dozens of clinicians working toward licensure or redefining their clinical path
Have walked alongside clinicians as they navigated burnout, career pivots, leadership transitions, and the messy middle of becoming
I teach final field practicum at a local MSW program in Indianapolis.

Already have a supervisor, but craving a space that’s just yours?
I offer clinical consultation for therapists and social workers who want an outside perspective, space to reflect without pressure, or focused support on a specific issue. Consultation is great for:
Getting feedback that isn’t filtered through agency politics
Exploring your identity, boundaries, or style with more nuance
Sharpening your supervision or leadership skills
Working through burnout, stuck points, or questions around “is this still the right path for me?”

Business Coaching is available virtually worldwide. In-person supervision available in Indianapolis only.
Rates
Individual Supervision & Consultation - $120/Hour
Individual Supervision is available virtually across the state of Indiana. In-person supervision available in Indianapolis only.
Group Supervision $60-75/Hour
Group supervision is available virtually across the state of Indiana.
Groups are generally 2-5 people.
I occasionally have sliding scale spots available at discounted rates dependent on situation. Please contact me for more about these if needed.

$120 an hour for individual licensure supervision.
$60-75 for group licensure supervision.
$200 an hour for Business & Career Consulting.

I am licensed Indiana, Ohio, California, Oregon and North Carolina. I am able to provide supervision in Indiana only at this time.
I provide career consultation and coaching worldwide.

Consultation and career coaching focus on growth, reflection, and guidance. It's a collaborative space to get support with clinical stuck points, professional identity, private practice growth, or career direction - especially helpful if you already have a supervisor but want a fresh perspective.
It does not provide formal oversight or hour-tracking required for licensure supervision.

You can see me at whatever frequency works for you. Some supervisors prefer to see people weekly for a lot of valid reasons.
I like to meet you where you are.
I have some folks I see weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
We do what works best for your needs.

If you are using me outside of your agency for licensure supervision, you will want to let them know. We can put a contract in place that allows me to be able to hear about PHI (protected health information) OR they can opt to have you speak about cases more generally.
For career/business consulting or non-licensure supervision, we generally stick with non-PHI so that you can get the guidance you need and confidentiality is protected.
