Online Therapy for Therapists in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, California, Oregon, North Carolina
you’re there for everyone else who is there for you?
You deserve a space just for you.
you know the tools but you don’t want to therapize yourself.
(or maybe a part of you does want to therapize yourself because you’re well aware of the process it takes to find a new therapist and dig into your shit, but you’re currently exploring your parts, and teetering somewhere between avoidance, contemplation and taking action but I digress.)
You're used to being the person others turn to for support and guidance. You spend your days helping people navigate their emotions, relationships, and life's challenges. But you’re a human too, with struggles of your own.
You could try to navigate that on your own, but why? For what?
Let that talented brain of yours take a break and let yourself be held.
Maybe you're navigating burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, or the pressure to have it all together. Maybe you're working through your own trauma, relationships, or life transitions. Or maybe you're simply looking for a space where you don't have to be the one asking the questions, holding space, or figuring out what comes next.
You can be great at what you do and still need support of your own.
your career doesn’t have to come at the cost of your peace.

Here’s How We’ll Work Together:
Let’s get to know each other. Schedule a Consultation to see if my style, modalities, overall vibe is the right fit for you.
You get to be the client. We will use a blend of talk therapy, values work, parts work, nervous system work and Brainspotting to address your needs, anxiety and find you practical ways to manage the pressures of this work. (Yes, I will —with humor and love— call you out on trying to “be the therapist,” if that’s what you need.)
Find Your Balance as you do your own work, hopefully you’ll learn what it looks like to manage stress, move through anxiety, and create a more sustainable path in your professional and personal life.
What You’ll Walk Away With:
A deeper understanding and more compassionate relationship with yourself, with space to explore your needs, emotions, relationships, and experiences without judgment.
Practical tools and strategies to navigate anxiety, manage stress, regulate emotions, and work through life's challenges in ways that actually fit your life.
Boundaries that honor your needs and values, so you can show up for the people and things that matter to you without continually putting yourself last.
More freedom to be human, without feeling like you always need to have the answers, manage everything perfectly, or turn every struggle into an opportunity for growth.
Hi, I’m Ashley!
I’m a therapist, Clinical supervisor and career strategist.
I help women heal and Build lives they love.
I understand intimately how vulnerable it can be to enter into your own therapy as a therapist. Postgraduation, I put taking care of my own mental health off, suffered for years.
Tried again.
Was nervous about being judged.
Never followed through.
Then tried again, when I found out the hard way what postpartum anxiety was (I will forever consider it patriarchal BS that basically no Masters program in the country educates clinicians on perinatal mood & anxiety disorders), found a wonderful fit, and….
I locked that therapist down because I was tired of being on the aforementioned rollercoaster and she was and still is a gift from the universe.
I was fortunate enough to find and build my village of professionals and people around me that helped me to find my way back to myself and I’m passionate about doing the same alongside you.
I am also DEEPLY passionate about clinicians finding balance for themselves whether that’s in building a private practice that works for them or doing work that matters in whatever system they are in.
Together, we will rediscover what’s important to you, help you learn strategies for working through the things you’re facing and practice generous self-care and compassion as you build your village and find yourself again.
