Motherhood is a unique journey, but you don’t have to do it alone.

You need a place where you can be authentic so you can heal.

When our society romanticizes motherhood, the stark reality of postpartum anxiety, depression, and the aftermath of birth trauma can feel isolating and overwhelming. The journey to and through motherhood is uniquely complex—marked not just by the joy of welcoming a new life but also by the shadows of doubt, fear, and loss that can accompany it. If you've found yourself navigating the rough waters of infertility, grappling with the overwhelm of postpartum anxiety, or feeling dragged down by the heavy weight of postpartum depression, please know: your feelings are valid, but your symptoms do not have to be permanent.

For those who cross the threshold into parenthood, the expectation of bliss can be overshadowed by the reality of postpartum depression or anxiety. The societal pressure to seamlessly adapt to motherhood often leaves little room for the authenticity of this struggle. You might find yourself feeling unexpectedly tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected, wondering why the reality of motherhood feels so distant from what you envisioned.

You may be mourning your old life, while trying to embrace your new one.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I stand with you in these moments of uncertainty and pain. My practice is dedicated to women and mothers who are striving to find their roots again and feel the sun on their face again as they rediscover who they are. Together, we can navigate the complexities of your experiences, working through the mental health challenges that may persist in this period. My approach is compassionate, understanding, and tailored to your unique story, providing a supportive space where healing and growth can begin.

Whether you're dealing with the overwhelm of birth trauma, the shadows of postpartum depression, or the silent grief of infertility, I'm here to offer you a partnership in healing. It's a journey not just back to yourself but toward a new understanding of strength, resilience, and hope. With the right support, you can manage these symptoms and reclaim a sense of self and joy in your life.

Let's work together to find your path through, equipped with the tools and understanding you need to emerge stronger and more connected to the life you envision.

Hi, I’m Ashley!

I’m a therapist, Clinical supervisor and career strategist.

I help women heal and Build lives they love.

I understand intimately how postpartum mental health and birth trauma can get in the way of us enjoying what we hope will be some of the best moments of our lives. My path to become trained in advanced perinatal mental health started with my own journey with anxiety during pregnancy and birth trauma.

I was fortunate enough to find and build my village of professionals and people around me that helped me to find my way back to myself and I’m passionate about doing the same alongside you.

Together, we will rediscover what’s important to you, help you learn strategies for working through the things you’re facing and practice generous self-care and compassion as you build your village and find yourself again.
