work out your shit.

This is not your average therapy corner.

you need support that underSTANDS the bullshit women face day today.

the professional grind

the pressures around what’s deemed as “acceptable” behavior

the sacrifices made for a family

relationships

then…there’s the context of the state you live in and their archaic policies

and constant attempt to get into peoples lives and control them.

It’s exhausting.

And finding someone to talk to is its own, weird-ass dance…where you just want to know that you’re not going to spill your guts about who you are or the injustice you’re frustrated with in the world and be met with some misogynistic, racist, homophobic bullshit.

So Glad You’re Here.

Because this is a place where you don’t have to worry about that.

here, you roll up your sleeves and we dive deep into the nitty-gritty of everything from your career to trauma to postpartum challenges to dismantling the patriarchy piece by piece.

Whatever’s weighing on your mind, it’s welcome here.

Hi, I’m Ashley

I help women heal and build lives they love. I walk with you through career changes, postpartum, and trauma. The only agenda I have is for you to get what you need to live a life you love and thrive despite the social and political environment we find ourselves in. I do talk therapy, parts work and brain-body based therapy so that you have options to work through whatever is on your mind in the way that works for you.

I specialize in perinatal mental health because no one told me how difficult that journey could be and you deserve someone in your corner who is committed to your well-being above all else.

some FAQ’s:

  • I have a couple of slots available at this time. I update this as it changes.

  • $200 an hour self pay. $150 for a 45 minute session. Scroll below for more details.

Yes, you can use your HSA/FSA to pay for sessions.

  • I am out-of-network for all providers. I partner with Reimbursify so that you can check your benefits and see what would be covered. I made a conscious choice not to take insurance because I believe being beholden to insurance companies limits the work we can do and their primary goal is managing costs, not managing your care, which means they often pay low rates, refuse to pay and require that therapists jump through a lot of hoops to leave their panels. I’m laser focused on my clients and I’ve decided I would like to spend my time wholly focused on client needs.

  • Yes. Some therapists prefer to see people weekly for a lot of valid reasons. I like to meet you where you are. I have some clients I see weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly. I find it helps me to best support my clients, even if it makes my work schedule a little weird sometimes.

  • Yes. I have a couple of slots that I reserve for folx who wouldn’t be able to afford my fee. At this time those are filled, but as they open, I will update that here.

  • Yes, your business stays your business. I use HIPAA compliant record keeping software and since I don’t take insurance, your information stays with me. The only exceptions to that are regarding harming yourself or others or if you opted to sign a release of information.

  • I am licensed to see clients in Indiana and Ohio at this time. I am telehealth only, with the exception of very limited in-home sessions for postpartum parents.
